摘要
本文研究了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES法)测定面制食品中硼砂含量的方法.采用微波消解样品,ICP—AES法测定面制食品中硼元素含量。结果表明:方法线性良好,相关系数为0.9991,检出限为0.46mg/kg,高中低3个梯度浓度加标回收率在91.7%-105.0%。该方法测定面制食品中微量的硼元素,方法简单、精密度高及准确度好。
Inductively coupled plasma atomic', emission spectromeu7 (ICP-AES) was used to determine borax content by microwave digestion sample. Results showed that it was a method with a good linear relationship and R2= 0.9991. Detection limit was 0.46mg/kg. Recovery rate was 91.7%-105.0% with three gradient concemrations. That was a summay, high precision and good accuracy method, and could meet requirement for boron determination.
