摘要
本文研究了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法（ICP—AES法）测定面制食品中硼砂含量的方法．采用微波消解样品，ICP—AES法测定面制食品中硼元素含量。结果表明：方法线性良好，相关系数为0．9991，检出限为0．46mg／kg，高中低3个梯度浓度加标回收率在91．7％-105．0％。该方法测定面制食品中微量的硼元素，方法简单、精密度高及准确度好。
Inductively coupled plasma atomic＇, emission spectromeu7 （ICP-AES） was used to determine borax content by microwave digestion sample. Results showed that it was a method with a good linear relationship and R2= 0.9991. Detection limit was 0.46mg/kg. Recovery rate was 91.7%-105.0% with three gradient concemrations. That was a summay, high precision and good accuracy method, and could meet requirement for boron determination.
