深入开展法制宣传教育,弘扬法治精神,积极探索适应油区特点的法制宣传教育的形式和载体,努力推进构建油区"法制环境"。不断适应油区法制建设的新特点,积极创造法制宣传教育新平台,并不断加强推进"法制环境"建设的保障机制,加快油区社会主义法制建设。
Carry out intensive publicity and education about the law, foster socialist spirit of the rule of law, actively explore education ways and carriers adapting to features of the oilfield and try to construct oilfield legal system. Actively create a new platform for legal publicity and education,and constantly improve the security mechanism to promote the construction of legal system.
