借鉴医院评审质量评价理念的临床教学模式对护理专业学生临床服务的影响

The influence of clinical teaching model of hospital accreditation concept on clinical service of nursing students

摘要 目的 探讨借鉴医院评审理念的带教管理模式对护理专业学生临床服务的影响.方法 以2011年在河南省焦作市入民医院实习的本科、专科、中专的护理专业学生作为实验组,采用借鉴医院评审理念的带教管理模式;以2010年在同一家医院实习的护理学生为对照组,采用常规带教模式.比较实验组与对照组学生实习中不良事件发生率、投诉率及实习结束前学生考核的专业成绩等.结果 两组学生的不良事件发生率、投诉率及实习结束前学生考核的专业成绩差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论 借鉴医院评审理念的带教管理模式对提高学生服务质量具有重要的作用. Objective To explore the effect of teaching model with hospital accreditation concept in clinical nursing students education.Methods A intervention study was preformed.The student nurses in intervention group which was given the hospital accreditation concept teaching model were probationer nurses in 2011.The control group which was given routine teaching model was composed of probationer nurses in 2010.Results The incidence of adverse event,complaint and final test score of probationary period were compared between the two groups.The results of intervention group were better than those of control group.Conclusions With reference to the concept of hospital accreditation concept of the nursing students management model has important practical effect to improve the service quality of nursing students.
