摘要
汉麻籽有很多独特的性能,是食品、医药、工业等产业重要的原材料,开发和利用汉麻籽前景十分广阔。本文主要介绍了汉麻籽开发利用的历史、汉麻籽的营养特性和功能以及汉麻籽的开发利用,最后提出汉麻籽开发利用的前景。
Hemp seeds have many unique properties and are the important raw material of food, medicine, industry and so on. There is a wide prospect in developing and utilizing hemp seeds. The history of development and utilization of hemp seeds, the nutritional characteristic and function of hemp seeds, the development and utilization of hemp seeds were introduced in this paper, and meanwhile, the prospect of exploitation and utilization of hemp seeds was also put forward.
