摘要
目的 :研究双嘧达莫与茜素红的显色反应用于测定双嘧达莫片中有效成分的含量。方法 :采用分光光度法确定反应的最佳条件 ,如时间、温度、溶剂和试剂用量等。结果 :反应产物的λmax=53 0 nm,比耳定律线性范围是 2~80 μg/ ml,表观摩尔吸光系数是 6.1 1× 1 0 3L· mol- 1 cm- 1 ,相对标准偏差是0 .82 % (n=6)。结论 :本方法简便、快速 ,用于测定双嘧达莫片剂的含量 ,结果令人满意。
Objective:This report studied the reaction between dipyridamole and alizarin red to determinate dipyridamole in tablets.Methods:To investigate the optimum conditions of the reaction by spectrophotometric method,such as time,temperature,solvent and reagent concentration.Results:The λ max of reaction product was 530nm.The Beer's law was obeyed between the range 2 to 80 μg/ml.The apparent molar absorptivity was 6 11×10 3 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The RSD of six determination was 0 82%.Conclusion:The proposed method was simple and rapid.It was applied to the determination of dipyridamole in tablets with satisfactory results.
