下桥水电厂水轮机两段关闭新技术的应用

摘要 导叶两段关闭是水轮机的一种保护措施,能够防止过流部件在紧急停机时,因机组导叶关闭过快而引起的水锤压力升高导致的破坏,防止快速停机时造成尾水真空度过大而引起水流反冲的抬机现象,文章通过成功对下桥水电厂水轮机两段关闭的技术改造,阐述了两段关闭新技术在水轮机的应用。 Two-section closing technology of wicket gate, as a protection measure for turbine, can prevent the turbine damage due to the raising water hammer pressure caused by fast closing of wicket gate when emergency stop of flow passing components and can prevent the lifting of turbine due to water backflushing caused by excessive vacuum de-gree of tail water when rapid shutdown. The paper discusses the application of new two-section closing technology in turbine through the successful innovation of the turbine for Xiaqiao hydropower station.
