Construction of Public Experiment Center of State Bioindustrial Base

摘要 生物产业基地公共实验中心(以下简称中心)是国家第一批生物产业基地公共服务条件建设专项项目。现结合中心的建设与实践,阐述了通过成立专门的建设项目组与管理委员会对中心进行管理的理念以及中心建设国家级平台,培养实用型人才以及公共服务方面的建设目标。同时围绕中心的具体建设情况,本文从大型仪器设备平台、管理制度、网络信息平台以及人才队伍建设等方面进行了讨论。中心在建设发展过程中为高校和企业提供公共服务,取得了初步的成效。中心今后将坚持协调发展,创新模式,进一步提高设备利用率,加强实验中心与产业结合的发展思路。 Chongqing Public Experiment Center of State Bioindustrial Base (hereinafter referred to as the center) is the first batch of national bioindustrial base construction projects for public service.Combining with construction and practice of the center,this article states the management idea through the establishment of special project construction group and management committee and also puts forward the construction aim of establishing national platform,cultivating practical talents and providing public service.Around concrete construction condition of the center,the equipment and instrument platform,management system,information system and team building are discussed in the article too.The center has achieved initial results in the development process,such as overcoming four key technologies and providing public service for universities and enterprises.The center will adhere to the coordinated development and innovation model to further improve the utilization rate of equipment and strengthen the development train of thought with the experimental center and industry.
