食品中肉类成分种属检测技术中国专利申请分析

摘要 笔者对我国食品中肉类成分种属检测技术专利现状研究发现,该领域专利申请主要以核酸检测为基础,其鉴别精度达到属与亚属水平,可对食品中肉类成分进行全面、准确、快速的定量检测与溯源。该领域需要从以下方面深入实施知识产权战略:重视基础研究,加强企业与科研机构的技术合作;强化专利保护意识,制定专利战略。
