摘要
文档一体化管理的形成与发展由来已久,载体形式变化和技术发展促使文档一体化管理不断深入,本文认为,文档一体化除了是对文件、档案管理进行有机协调和整合之外,也强调文件、档案管理工作共同形成相对独立于业务工作,但与之有机结合的工作线。本文在已有的文档一体化研究基础上,结合现实需求,对文档一体化管理的内涵进行了较为系统化的研究,包括文档一体化的管理理念、管理手段及管理目标。
The form and development of integration management of documents and archives has its long history, and changing of media forms and development of technology has promote its evolvement. This article considers that, despite of organic coordination and integration of document and archive manage- ment, it also emphasizes both document and archive management to be jointly constructed as a workflow parallel to professional work. Basing on exist research and combining with demand in reality, this article conduct a relatively systematic study on integration management of documents and archives, containing management thought, method and goal.
