摘要
目的 观察具有多种生物活性的葫芦素BE对口腔鳞癌细胞的杀伤作用。方法 用四唑盐显色法(MTT法 )检测人舌低分化鳞癌 (Tca8113)和人颊高分化鳞癌 (BcaCD885 )细胞系对葫芦素BE的敏感性实验。结果 葫芦素BE对两种癌细胞系均有较高的相对抗肿瘤活性 (RAA值分别为 345、14 8)。
Objective To observe the effects that Cucurbitacin BE with kinds of biological activities kill oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Chemosensitivity of human tongue squamous cell cancer and human buccal squamous cell cancer cell lines to Cucurbitacin BE was tested with th MTT assay. Results Two kinds of cancer cell lines had higher sensitivity to Cucurbitacin BE,Relative anti tumor activitics(RAA) were 345 and 148,respectively. Conclusion The results provide an important base to further study treatment of oral carcinoma using Cucurbitacin BE.
