摘要
[目的]观察天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组60例硝苯地平控释片,30mg/次,1次/d,晨起服用,血压不能达标加用其他类型降压药。治疗组60例天麻钩藤饮(天麻15g,钩藤、石决明各25g,山栀15g,黄芩10g,牛膝15g,杜仲10g,益母草、桑寄生各10g,夜交藤15g,茯神10g),1剂/d,水煎350mL,早晚温服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、清晨血压、24h动态血压、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效31例,有效19例,无效10例,总有效率83.33%。对照组显效27例,有效16例,无效17例,总有效率71.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。24h动态血压及高血压两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗高血压疗效满意,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To study the effect of Gastrodia Elata Uncaria Drink Soup with western medicine on treating morning peak blood pressure combined efficacy. [ Method ] Using random parallel control method, 120 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 60 cases treated by Nifedipine Controlled release Tablets, 30mg/times, morning oral, blood pressure can not be achieved with other types of antihypertensive drugs plus.Treatment group of 60 cases of gastrodia elata uncaria drink soup （Tianma 15g, Gouteng 25g, Shijueming25g, ShanzhilSg, Huangqin 10g, Niuxi 15g, Duzhong 10g, Yimucao 10g, Sangjisheng 10g, Yejiaoteng 15g, Fushen 10g）, 1 agent/d, Water frying 350ml, take the decoction twice a day.western medicine treatments are the same as control group.One course of treatment was 2 weeks, observe the change of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions, clinical effects were observed after two course of treatment. [ Results ] The treatment group 31 cases had marked effect, 19 cases effective, 10 no effect, the total effective rate was 83.33%.The control group 27 cases were markedly effective, effective 16 cases, 17 cases ineffective, the total Effective rate in treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Morning peak blood pressure improve treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Gastrodia Elata Uncaria Drink Soup with western medicine on treating morning peak blood pressure combined efficacy is remarkable, is worth promoting.
