摘要
中国近些年来不断发展的协商民主，无论从理论来源、运行机制、最高目标都有别于西方国家。西方的协商民主发展得益于协商民主理论的发展和完善，在一些西方的民主理论家的推动之下，借助着西方民主的土壤，西方的协商民主飞速发展。那么中国当代的协商民主的理论渊源又是什么呢？当代的中国协商民主实践又有多大程度的中国特色？对这两个问题的研究将在某种程度上对中国当代的协商民主起到推动作用。
The deliberative democracy development in China in recent years differs from the Western de- liberative democracy in terms of theoretical source, ultimate goal and operational mechanism. The de- velopment of the Western deliberative democracy benefits from the development and improvement of de- liberative democratic theory. Under the promotion of some democratic theorists in the West, and with the help of Western democratic soil, the Western deliberative democracy developed rapidly. Then what is the theory origin of deliberative democracy in contemporary China？ How many Chinese characteristics does the contemporary Chinese practice of deliberative democracy have？ Researches about these two questions to some extent will promote deliberative democracy in contemporary China.
