摘要
针对宁夏南部山区中小学体育师资薄弱的问题,结合西北欠发达地区体育师资发展现状,宁夏师范学院体育人才培养模式、目标,以及全区体育人才培养格局和就业形势,分析并提出宁南山区特色化体育师资培养和发展的一些建议.
Considering the weakness of physical teachers in southern mountainous area of Ningxia, combining the current de- velopment of physical teachers in western undeveloped areas with the training mode for physical teachers in Ningxia Normal Univer- sity as well as the training mode patterns and employment situation in Ningxia, this paper aims to analyze and provide some sugges- tions on the characteristic training mode for physical teachers in southern mountainous area.
