摘要
CD4^+ CD25^+ Foxp3^+调节性T细胞(Treg)在免疫系统中发挥着极其重要的作用,通过抑制效应性T细胞和其他免疫细胞参与预防自身免疫性疾病、过敏性疾病、感染介导的器官损伤、移植排斥反应及移植物抗宿主病.在过去的二十年里,已经发现了大量有关Treg稳态与其它T细胞亚群稳态之间的分子差异,以及一些特异性调节Treg存活的因子.进一步了解影响Treg存活和稳态的各种因子和途径可增进对其免疫调节的理解.
CD4 ^+ CD25^ + Foxp3^ + regulatory T cells (Treg) play an important role in the immune system.They are involved in the prevention of autoimmune diseases,allergic diseases,infection-induced organ pathology,transplant rejection as well as graft versus host disease via suppressing effector T cells and other immune cells.In last two decades,substantial molecular differences between the homeostasis of Tregs and that of other subsets of T cells have been characterized.Specific factors that regulate Treg survival have been identified.To further understand the various factors and pathways that influence the survival and homeostasis of Treg can improve our understanding in the regulation of Treg.
