摘要
为全面了解广西农村沼气建设基本概况,采用访谈和问卷调查的方式对广西生态家园项目区(6县1区)农村沼气建设现状进行调查与分析。结果表明:广西农村沼气以一户一池居多,区域入户率最高可达90%以上;大多数沼气池仍在正常使用,也有12%的池子因建池质量差、缺乏投放原料等原因已无法使用,沼气池因年久失修、产气量不足、养殖户退出、农户外出务工、后续服务跟不上等中断使用的比例约占26%;以村级服务站(网点)为主开展后续管理服务,目前尚存留有21%左右的服务"真空";沼气宣传和培训在各地得到普遍重视和支持,且方式多样、效果良好。可见,广西户用沼气建设面临的最大问题是后续管理服务跟不上,应采取积极的措施,加强沼气服务体系建设,为推进农村能源事业发展提供有力保障。
In order to know the basic situation of household biogas development in Guangxi rural area comprehensively by means of interview and questionnaire, a survey and analysis were conducted in ＂ Guangxi Eco-farming Project＂ Counties （six Counties and one District）. The results show that in Guangxi countryside, the biogas is basically one-household-one-tank, the largest regional rates of household access are more than 90% ; there majority of the biogas are in normal use, but 12% of them are out of order due to the poor building quality and lack of raw material, 26% of the biogas do not work any more due to long years out of repair, less gas, animal breeding stopped, outbound working and poor maintaining service. At village level, the service station is established for follow-up maintaining, until now, the station is not set up for about 21% villages; much attention and support are paid on biogas propagation and training from place to place with various methods and good effect. It is thus clear that the biggest problem faced by Guangxi biogas development is the lack of follow-up maintaining service, on which active measures should be taken to build service system and provide strong support to the development of rural energy industry.
