摘要 用系统的观点和方法,分析职业岗位及其与人才培养方案、专业核心课程之间的相互联系,提出校企合作制定人才培养方案并指出其关键是职业岗位(群)分析,主要包括职业分析、职责分析、工作分析和典型工作任务分析。专业课程建设与改革要围绕典型工作任务开发专业核心课程,按照完成典型工作任务的需要确定课程目标、组织课程内容、选择教学模式和方法、制定教学评价标准。针对目前高职院校生源整体素质下降的现状,在课程标准制定上提出课程标准的价值取向从精英教育转向大众化教育、面向全体学生,将情感态度和价值观教育渗透到各种教学活动中的具体思路。借鉴学习层次分类理论组织课程内容,按照可接受性原则编排课程内容顺序。借鉴"最近发展区"理论确定教学目标,教学目标要求确立得当、清晰明确,它对课程目标的实现至关重要。 From the systematic perspective, this paper makes an analysis of the occupational posts and their relationship with core curriculums and talent training syllabus. It proposes that the talent training syllabus should be worked out by both the enterprises and the colleges, and points out that the key to the talent training syllabus is to analyze the occupation post group, including occupation analysis, duty analysis, work analysis and typical task analysis. Curriculum construction and reform should target at the curriculum development centered on the typical working tasks, and decides the curriculum goal, content and teaching method and assessment criteria in agreement with the typical working tasks. In view of the present situation of poor quality students, as far as curriculum standard is concerned, this paper points out that the value orientation should be transferred from elite education to mass education and emotion education and value education should be immersed in the various teaching activities. The content of curriculums should be organized with the application of learning hierarchical classification theory, the order of which should be arranged with the application of the acceptable principle. Theteaching goals should be set according tothe zone of proximal development theory, which is of great significance to the realization of cumculum goal.
