摘要
研究了多胺配体二乙三胺 (Dien)锌 (Ⅱ )配合物作水解酶模型物催化对硝基苯酚醋酸酯 (NA)水解的动力学 .结果表明 ,水解速率遵循速率方程dC/dt=(kobs[ZnDien]+kOH[OHˉ]+… ) [NA],催化反应受酸碱平衡控制 ,催化机理与天然酶一致 ,显示了该研究设计的配体和锌酶中配位环境相似的特点 .
The hydrolytic kinetics of p_nitrophenol acetate(NA) catalyzed by zinc(Ⅱ) complex of Polyamine (Dien) has been studied. It was shown that the catalytic hydrolytic rate is of first order to both zinc(Ⅱ) complex and NA concentrations. The hydrolysis is concluded to be catalytic: dC/dt=(k obs 〔ZnDien〕+k OH 〔OH ˉ〕+…)〔NA〕.
