摘要 近年来,水产病害的频发以及生态环境的破坏,导致抗生素大量滥用造成水产养殖微生态环境的失调,病原菌产生抗药性,水产品药物残留,从而威胁着人类的健康与安全。而微生态制剂以其具有促进动物生长、防治疾病、无副作用、不污染环境等特点而被水产养殖者广泛接受,并且已在许多国家取得了显著的应用效果。本文以当前微生态制剂的概念、作用机理、在水产养殖中的应用,以及这一领域的发展趋势作一综述,以期为微生态制剂的研究与应用提供参考。 In recent years, frequent fish diseases and the destruction of the ecological environment, leading to a large number of misuses of antibiotics in aquaculture, then cause the microenvironment disorders, the drug-resistant pathogens appearance, and the drug residues in aquatic products, which threaten human health and safety. With the characteristics of promoting animal growth, preventing disease, no side effects, and low risk polluting the environment, probiotics have been widely accepted by aquaculture, and have made significant applications in many countries. In this paper, the concept of probiotics, mechanism, applications in aquaculture, as well as trends in this field were reviewed, in order to provide a reference for the research and application of probiotics.
