摘要
近年来,中国电影市场规模不断扩大,行业发展潜力良好,但电影保险制度却滞后于电影市场的发展步伐,阻碍了电影行业的进一步发展,为此,我国有必要尽快建立电影保险制度。美国电影保险制度是世界上历史最悠久、最完善有效的电影保险机制,能够有效保障电影从业人员安全、提供完片保证、便利电影融资、控制并促进电影行业发展。在建立电影保险制度的过程中,好莱坞电影保险的发展经验具有很高的参考价值。
In recent years, China＇ s film market has gone under a huge expansion, but the film insurance system does not catch up with its pace. This paper suggests that our country should establish the film insurance system as soon as possible in order to create a better environment for the movie industry. As the most complete and oldest film insurance system in the world, American has much experience for us to refer, such as providing safety for the workers, guaranteeing the release of the picture and the fi- nancing in film industry.
