顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定4-雄烯二酮中的残留溶剂 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立顶空毛细管气相色谱法同时测定4-雄烯二酮中甲醇和乙酸乙酯2种残留溶剂的分析方法。方法采用Agilent DB-624毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32mm×1.8μm),FID检测器,以DMAC为溶剂。结果 2种残留溶剂甲醇和乙酸乙酯在各自的质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5和0.999 4,n=7),2种残留溶剂甲醇和乙酸乙酯的回收率分别为101.7%和96.9%(RSD为2.04%和4.05%,n=9)。结论该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、适用范围广,适用于4-雄烯二酮中残留溶剂的检测。 Objective A capillary gas chromatography (GC) method with head-space sampling was established for the determination of residual solvents ,methanol and ethyl acetate in raw material drug of androstenedione .Methods Agilent DB-624 capillary col-umn(30 m × 0 .32 mm × 1 .80 μm) was used with FID as the detector and DMAC as the solvent .Results Linear responses were obtained for the 2 residual solvents in their respective ranges(r=0 .999 5 and 0 .999 4/n=7) .The average recoveries of three con-centration levels were 101 .7% and 96 .9% with RSD of 2 .04% and 4 .05% (n= 9) ,respectively .Conclusion The developed method is simple ,sensitive and accurate ,and can be used for the residual solvent analysis .
