摘要
针对制造业的数字化车间的各种工艺资源,建立了基于快速工艺决策的数字化制造管理平台,网络架构为三层客户机/服务器(C/S)结构,针对该平台,设计了具有应用层、功能层、接口层及数据库层的总体体系结构模型及多级权限管理结构模型,对车间各种工艺资源如机床、刀具、夹具、量具及切削用量等信息进行了有效的管理与维护,并可以与快速工艺决策系统之间进行数据交换,为快速工艺决策系统提供实时更新的工艺数据,进一步完善了企业车间的信息化与自动化建设。
In this paper,the administrative platform for digital manufacturing based on rapid technics decision-making is established, the net is three levels C/S structure, it designs multi-level permission model and system structure model that compose application level, function level, interface level and database level. Through the system, the machines, cutting tools,fixtures and measure tools resources etc. can be administrated effectively,in addition,it can provide data for rapid technics decision-making system, through the research of this paper, it should promote the information and automation course of enterprise.
