油罐管式加热器热介质的经济性对比

摘要 针对盘管式间接加热法中饱和蒸汽和导热油的两种常见的热媒介质,总结了蒸汽与导热油的加热计算公式、油罐管式加热器面积的计算公式和热介质消耗量的公式。通过算例对蒸汽与导热油这两种介质进行了比较,结论是在完成同样的加热任务的情况下,导热油所需的加热面积小于蒸汽所需加热面积,加热效果好于蒸汽;考虑蒸汽冷凝水70%的回用率,蒸汽的热介质费用要高于导热油的热介质费用(含热能),使用导热油比较经济。 Aiming at two common heat transfer medium used in saturating steam and heat transfer oil in tubular indirect heating,this paper summarizes the heating calculation formulas for steam and heat transfer oil,the area computation of the tube heater and consumption computation of heat medium.By comparing calculation examples,the paper makes a comparison between these two medium:steam and heat transfer oil.And it draws a conclusion that under the same heating task,heating area required for heat transfer oil is smaller than that of the steam with better heating effect.If considering 70% of steam condensation water recycling,thermal medium cost(including heat energy)for steam is higher than that of the heat transfer oil.So using heat transfer oil is more economic.
