摘要
利用旋转机械故障诊断技术成功实现了重油催化装置烟气轮机运行过程的实时监测。作者结合三级旋风分离器的运行情况,成功预报装置运行后期烟气轮机运行状态的恶化程度,准确的确定停机检修时机,提前做好检修准备,节省了检修时间。对监测诊断过程进行总结,为烟气轮机的诊断分析提供参考。进一步证明利用状态监测系统和故障诊断技术可以为预知性维修提供数据支持。
The real-time monitoring of the operation of flue gas turbine in heavy oil catalytic cracking unit is acquired successfully by the application of rotating mechanical fault diagnosis technology.Combining with the operation state of the three-stage cyclone separator,the deteriorated degree of the flue gas turbine in the later period of the unit is predicated successfully.The fault-time is ascertained precisely and maintenance preparation is made in advance,which saves the maintenance time.The process of the fault diagnosis is summed up,which provides reference for the fault diagnosis and analysis of flue gas turbine.It is further proved that the state monitoring system and fault diagnosis technology can provide data support for predictive maintenance.
