摘要
印染厂当前面临环境压力和利润空间小的困境,必须对染色成本进行合理控制,提高管理水平。文中分析了染色工艺的技术改进(前处理、染色、后整理);加工过程中各工序和设备的热能回收与利用;污水处理与处理成本控制;增强自动化管理,降低劳动力成本;染化料的成本控制与管理;染厂ERP信息技术管理等具体措施,以提高染厂的竞争力。
In face of predicament of current environmental pressure and the small profit margin in dyeing mills, dyeing cost must be reasonably controlled and the level of management must be improved. The specific measures are analyzed, involving the improvement of dyeing technology of pretreatment, dyeing and finishing, as well as heat recovery and utilization in each procedure and equipment, sewage treatment and disposal cost control, enhancement of automatic management, reduction of labor cost, cost control and management of dyes and chemicals and establishment of ERP information technology management in dyeing mills to improve the competitiveness.
