宫颈绒毛管状腺癌临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 宫颈绒毛管状乳头状腺癌又称绒毛管状腺癌（villoglandular adenocarcinoma，VA），1989年由Young和Scully首次提出，1994年被WHO列为宫颈癌病理组织学类型之一，国内于2002年由孙岚等首次报道，本病少见，约占宫颈腺癌5％。本研究收集了7例宫颈绒毛管状腺癌患者并结合文献对其发病原因、临床特点、鉴别诊断及治疗措施进行初步探讨。
