摘要
介绍了云峰分公司磷肥厂100 kt/a装置生产硫基NPK(15-15-15)产品工艺特点,采用w(P2O5)为24%的稀磷酸为原料,精简了磷酸浓缩流程,降低了生产成本。通过分析工艺控制指标,采取相应的技术措施,使产品达到较好的效果。
It is introduced that process features for production of S-NPK( 15-15-15) by the 100 kt /a plant in the phosphate fertilizer plant of Yunfeng Branch,using dilute phosphoric acid with 24% w( P2O5),which simplifies the flow of the phosphoric acid concentration,and reduces the production cost. Through analysis of the process control figures,and by taking relevant technical measures,the product will reach good results.
