摘要
目的探讨病区一级护理质量控制在迎接等级医院评审中发挥的作用。方法根据一级护理质量控制的方法和要求,对医院信息系统中一级质量控制内容进行回顾性整理分析,总结一级护理质量控制在迎接等级医院评审工作中的作用。结果一级护理质量控制中"住院患者护理质量"和"优质护理服务评价"两个项目中发现问题的频次较高,一级护理质量控制在三级护理质量控制体系中占据重要地位。结论病区一级护理质量控制是保障护理质量得到持续改进和稳步提升的重要手段,在等级医院评审工作中有着重要作用。
Objective To explore the effects of the ward quality control of the first level nursing on hospital grade review.Methods The first level of nursing care in our hospital was analyzed and summarized retrospectively according to quality control method and demand.Results Problem frequencies were high in projects ＂Nursing quality of inpatients＂ and ＂assessment of quality nursing＂.The first level quality control was important for the whole three-level quality control system.Conclusion The first level nursing quality control can contribute to continuous and stable improvement for the nursing quality and plays an important role of hospital grade review.
