摘要
采用开关变压器式软起动装置对齐鲁氯碱厂聚氯乙烯装置频繁起动高压机泵的起动方式进行改进,解决了原有软起动过程中的不足,提高了频繁起动高压机泵软起动的可靠性。
Switch transformer type soft starting unit was used to modify the starting way of high pressure pump with high start frequency in polyvinyl chloride unit of Qilu Chlor - Alaki plant. It solved the disadvantages existing in the original soft starting course, and increased the reliability of high frequency soft starting of high pressure pump.
