摘要 针对镇海焦化汽油加氢装置开工3 a来出现的问题进行分析。通过不断优化工况,解决了反应温度易波动、系统压降上升、能耗过高、胺液跑损严重、精制石脑油带水等困扰装置长周期运行难题。 The paper analyzed problems existing in gasoline hydrogenation unit of Zhenhai coking plant in course of three years since start - up of the unit, and solved some puzzles influ- encing long period operation of the unit, such as fluctuation on reaction temperature, pressure drop raise of the system, excessively high energy consumption, serious loss of amine liquid, re- fined naphtha with moisture content and etc. by means of optimizing continuously work condi- tions.
