摘要
矿产资源管理法规查询系统广泛、全面收录有关矿产资源管理的国家和地方法律、法规和政策规定、重要领导的讲话稿、矿产资源管理典型案例等信息资料 ,并对这些资料进行类别划分 ,设计具有目录式查询、索引式查询、正文关键词自由查询和法规条文解释查阅等功能。本文从问题提出、系统构成、系统功能、运行环境等方面对矿产资源管理法规查询系统进行了阐述。
The querying system of laws and regulations for mineral resource management widely collects national and local laws and regulations for mineral resource management, the important speeches of key officials and the typical cases of mineral resource management. With this system, querying can be done by contents, by indexes, and by key words, and explanation on detailed items of the laws and regulations can also be obtained. This paper describes the system in its introduction, its structure, its functions and its running environment.
