黑龙江省稻瘟病菌生理小种对水稻品种致病性分析 被引量:8

摘要 采用致病率和毒力频率分析方法,用已知生理小种的99个黑龙江省稻瘟病菌菌株对31个水稻品种(系)进行苗期人工接种。结果表明,供试的31个品种(系)没有免疫品种,供试菌株对水稻品种(系)的平均致病率表现不一,平均致病率最低为3.56%(龙粳8号),最高为77.55%(东农2009)。毒力频率也有明显差异,最低4.04%(龙粳8号),最高为73.73%(东农2009),毒力频率低于20%的水稻品种有7个,分别是龙D99-904(VF=19.19%)、龙丰8811(VF=17.17%)、龙选99-215(VF=17.17%)、藤系38(VF=16.16%)、龙选99-196(VF=15.15%)、品鉴2号(VF=12.12%)和龙粳8号(VF=4.04%)。 Pathogenic rate and virulence frequency was analyzed through artificial inoculation of 31 varieties (lines) in Heilongjiang province by 99 rice blast fungus isolates with known physiological races. The results showed that 31 varieties (lines) had no immunity, and strains for varieties of pathogenic rate had different performance, from 3.56% (Longjing 8 ) to 77.55% (Dongda 2009). Virulence frequency had differences, the lowest was 4.04% (Longjing 8), the highest was 73.73% (Dongnong 2009). Virulence frequency of 7 varieties (lines) were less than 20%, including Long D99-904 (VF= 19.19), Longfeng8811 (VF=17.17%), Longxuan99-215 (VF=17.17%), Tengxi38 (VF=16.16%), Longxuan99-196 (VF=15.15%), Pinjian 2 (VF-=12.12%) and Longjing8 (VF=4.04%).
