摘要
信息化的发展为信息共享提供了可能性,而电网工程建设过程的长期性和复杂性对电网工程信息共享提出了较高要求。探讨了智能电网对数字化移交的要求,对数字化移交过程涉及的数据采集、数据整理和数据移交3个过程进行了描述,重点阐述了数字化移交工作的必要性和迫切性,并对数字化移交工作的开展提出了一些参考性建议。
The development of information technology provides the possibility of information sharing, while the long-term and complexity of power grid construction put forward higher requirements on information sharing of power grid projects. This paper discusses the requirements of smart grid for digital transfer, describes three procedures of digital transfer including data collection, data arrangement and data transfer and focuses on the necessity and urgency of digital transfer. Some suggestions for carrying out the work of digital transfer are proposed.
