网络维护外包是广电节约成本、应对社会和内部压力、获得竞争力的重要举措,现已逐渐演变为广电办公主流的网络维护方式。可是,如何在保证较好的日常网络维护外包质量的基础上,获取适当的利益,是广电需要深入挖掘的问题。
