摘要
目的 探讨自制套管单孔后腹膜镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿的临床可行性和安全性.方法 对11例严重的乳糜尿患者行单孔后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术.结果 所有手术均顺利完成,无中转开放及增加辅助套管,或转为标准3通道腹腔镜手术,无并发症发生,短期随访过程中无并发症发生.结论 单孔后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿具有良好的安全性和可行性,但其临床治疗效果尚需大样本中远期随访和对照研究予以证实.
Objective To discuss the feasibility and safety of laparoendoscopic single-site renal pedicle lymphatic disconnection （LESS-RPLD） with self - made trocar for chyluria. Methods Eleven patients with intractable chyluria underwent LESS - RPLD. Results All surgeries were performed successfully. No conversion to open surgery, additional trocar or 3-port approach was necessary. No postoperative complications were observed during a short-term follow - up. Conclusion Preliminary study on LESS- RPLD has shown its clinical safety and feasibility. However, further large-scale randomized controlled study with longer follow-up should be adopted to confirm the conclusion.
