Comparison of the Volatile Oil from Zingiber corallinum Hance by Supercritical-CO_2 Fluid Extraction and Steam Distillation

摘要 分析比较超临界CO2萃取法(SFE)与水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)对珊瑚姜挥发油的提取效果,并用GC-MS分析鉴定其化学成分。SFE法得率为8.6%,提取的挥发油鉴定出38个化合物。SD法得率为6.2%,提取的挥发油鉴定出33个化合物。两种提取方法的挥发油主要成分基本一致,SFE提取率较高。 To compare the two clif^rent methods for the extraction of volatile oil from Zmgiber corallinum .ance. Volatile oil was extracted by supercritical-CO2 fluid extraction (SFE) by steam distillation (SD) separately. Then analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with computer retrieval, respectively. The yield of volatile oil obtained by SFE was 8.6% and 38 compounds were identified. While the yield of volatile oil obtained by SD was 6.2%, and 33 compounds were identified. The compounds of volatile oil by two methods were similar. The yield of volatile oil obtained by SFE was more than by SD.
