摘要
面对以新经济为表征的时代特征的变化 ,阐述了我国制造业的历史作用及地位是不可取代的 ,“工业化”与“信息化”是不可相互替代的 ,并提出面对经济全球化和“入世”的挑战 ,振兴我国制造业的对策 ,争取将我国建成为 2 1世纪新的世界供应基地 ,西部孕育着历史的契机。
Facing the change of our era characteistics represented by new economy,it is pointed out:the irreplaceable historical effect and position of China manufacturing,the irreplaceable each other between 'industrialization' and 'informationization'. Facing the challenges of economy globalization and entering WTO, the strategic idea for developing China manufacturing are adviced. For building China as a global supply new base in the 21st century, there is an enormous historical chance for West China.
