摘要
大豆起源于我国,是重要的植物蛋白质和食用油脂的来源,同时也是世界上重要的粮食与经济作物。大豆的遗传研究一直受到很高的重视,但与其他作物相比,仍明显滞后。育种专家一直在开发提高育种效率的技术。DNA分子标记被认为是实现这一目标的主要技术之一。文中综述了分子标记在大豆育种中的应用情况,并对存在的主要问题进行了探讨,为大豆的进一步开发利用提供了依据。
Soybean originated in China, is an important source of plant protein and edible oil, and also one of the world's major grain and eco- nomic crops. Genetic studies of soybean are highly valued, but compared with other crops, still obviously lag behind. This situation led breed- ers have been developing technology to improve breeding efficiency. DNA molecular marker is regarded as one of the key technologies to a- chieve this goal. The application of raolecu[ar markers in soybean breeding was smmurized, and main problems were discussed, so as to pro- vide a basis for further development and utilization of soybean.
