摘要
钢波纹管使用寿命长、不渗水、弹性好,不跳车,可广泛用于涵洞、地下排水管道,对保护路面起着良好的作用。通过钢波纹管在涵洞设计中采用高强螺栓连接的应用实例,阐述了钢波纹管的高强螺栓连接计算,并跟踪其施工后的使用情况。工程应用情况表明,钢波纹管在多种特殊土质及各种复杂地形中具有较好的应用优势,值得同类工程推广应用。在计算埋置式金属波纹管时采用GB 50017-2003来计算接缝强度是偏于保守的。
Steel corrugated pipe service life is long, dont ooze water, good elasticity, dont bump, can be widely used in tunnels, underground drainage pipe, plays a good role to protect the pavement. Through application example of steel corrugated pipe adopts high strength bolt connection in culvert design, this paper expounds the high strength bolt connection of steel corruga- ted pipe, and track usage after its construction. The engineering application shows that the steel corrugated pipe has good appli- cation advantages in a variety of special soil and all kinds of complex terrain, is worth popularization and application to similar projects. Use the GB 50017 - 50017 to calculate the juncture strength is rather conservative when calculating the embedded metal bellows.
