摘要
目的研究罗哌卡因与布比卡因应用于剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉的临床疗效。方法选取2010年10月—2013年5月该院收治的准备剖宫产的孕妇120例,随机分为A组和B组,每组60例,A组应用罗哌卡因进行麻醉,B组应用布比卡因进行麻醉,观察两组的麻醉效果并且观察两组的不良反应。结果 A组患者感觉阻滞时间明显长于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组感觉恢复时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组运动阻滞起效时间和运动恢复时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组麻醉优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组不良反应率比较差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因与布比卡因在剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉中效果相当,但是罗哌卡因对母体循环影响较小,不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of ropivacaine and bupivacaine used in combined spinal-epidural anesthe- sia for cesarean section. Methods 120 cases of pregnant women prepared for cesarean section admitted in our hospital from Octo- ber, 2010 to May, 2013 were randomly divided into group A and group B with 60 cases in each. Group A was given ropivacaine anesthesia, and group B was given bupivacaine anesthesia. The anesthetic effect and adverse reactions of two groups were ob- served. Results The retardation time of group A was significantly longer than that of group B, the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;there was no statistical difference between the groups in recovery time （P〉0.05）; the differ- ences between two groups in motor block onset time and motion recovery time were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the difference between two groups in anesthetic good and excellent rate was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, adverse reaction rate compared between two groups had statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ropivacaine has the similar effect as bupivacaine does in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean section, but Ropivacaine has less impacts on the maternal circuiation, and lower incidence of adverse reactions, so it is worthy of clinical application.
