摘要
目的 探讨腓骨远端解剖型钢板结合双头式加压空心螺钉内固定治疗Pott骨折的临床疗效.方法 采用腓骨远端解剖型钢板结合双头式加压空心螺钉内固定治疗39例Pott骨折患者.结果 本组随访6～24个月,平均18个月,骨折愈合时间为6个月.根据Baird和Jackson踝关节评分标准评定疗效：优29例,良8例,可2例,优良率达94.9%.结论 腓骨远端解剖型钢板结合双头式加压空心螺钉内固定治疗Pott骨折,可有效恢复踝关节正常形态并重建其稳定性,为早期功能锻炼创造有利条件.
Objective To analyze the efficacy of anatomy of the distal fibula plate combined with double head type compression hollow screw for the treatment of Port＇s fractures.Methods There were 39 cases Pott＇s fractures treated with anatomy of the distal fibula plate combined with double head type compression hollow screw in our hospital Results All cases had been followed up for 6-24 months （average 18 months）.The healing time of fractures was 6 months.According by Baird and Jackson points-scoring system：superior 29 cases, good 8 cases, common 2 cases, the excellent rate was 94.9%.Conclusion Port＇s fractures treated with anatomy of the distal fibula plate combined with double head type compression hollow screw could receive the normal morphology of ankle and rebuild its stability, then, create favorable conditions for early functional exercise.
