分析了企业在生产能力、工艺技术、资金管理、物资采购等方面存在的可挖掘的效益潜力,阐述了企业挖潜增效的主要途径和方法,提出了企业加强管理,转变经营管理方式的建议。
T he potential benefits of the enterprise w hich can be excavated in production capacity , technolo-gy , capital management and material procurement were analyzed , the main ways and methods of how to develop efficiency of enterprise were expounded , and some advices were put forward to strengthen enter-prise management and to change the mode of operation and management .
