医院组织创新气氛与护士对优质护理评价的相关性研究 被引量:9

The relationship between work environment for creativity and nurses′perceptions of quality nursing care

摘要 目的探讨现阶段医院组织创新气氛与优质护理的相关性,为提高优质护理水平提供参考。方法运用医院组织创新气氛评估量表和护士优质护理观点测评表对280名注册护士进行问卷调查。结果护士对医院组织创新气氛的总体评分为2.85分,护士认为所提供的护理服务为4.29分。组织创新气氛与护士提供的优质护理呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论护士对医院组织创新气氛的总体测评情况比较乐观,护士认为所提供的护理服务处在较高的水平。和谐的组织创新气氛有利于激发创造性的思考,提高组织绩效,使护士能够更好地履行护理职责,提供优质护理。 Objective To identify the relationship between work environment for creativity and nurses' perceptions of quality nursing care, and to provide information for improving quality of nursing service. Methods Data were collected by using the Assessing the Climate for Creativity and Perception of Quality Nursing Care Scale-Nurse from 280 registered nurses. Results The organizational climate for creativity scored 2.85, and the mean score of nurses' perceptions of quality nursing care was 4.29. There was a statisti- cally significant positive correlation between climate for creativity and nursing care quality (P〈~0.01). Conclusion Both organiza- tional climate for creativity and quality of nursing service perceived by nurses are satisfactory. Harmonious organizational climate for creativity could motivate creative thinking, improve organizational performance, and boost nurses' role in quality nursing care.
