摘要
目的改革整形科分级护理制度,探索其应用效果。方法整形科根据《综合医院分级护理指导原则》,对护理级别进行重新划分,即病情巡视级别和基础护理级别,医生下达的护理级别为病情巡视级别,不含该级别所包括的基础护理项目,而患者的基础护理级别是由责任护士对患者日常生活自理能力评估后制定,为患者提供符合病情的分级护理和基础护理项目,使用PDA进行病情巡视。结果改革分级护理制度后,患者满意度为(97.45±8.88)分,与改革前的(89.85±7.37)分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论分级护理制度改革有利于护士通过科学的评估方法,作出正确的专业判断,确保护理决策符合患者需求,提高了患者满意度。
Objective To reform the grading system of nursing care in department of plastic surgery and to explore the effect. Methods According to the guidelines for grading system of nursing care in general hospitals, the department of plastic surgery re categorized the grades of nursing care into bedside visiting levels, which were determined by doctors and didn＇t include fundamental procedures, and into fundamental care levels, which were decided with references to patients＇dependence in activities of daily living by charge nurses. Then charge nurses provided nursing care tailored to the gradings and fundamental care levels. PDAs were used to assist in paying a bedside visit. Results After the reform, patient satisfaction mounted to （97.45±8.88） points versus （89.85± 7.37） before the reform, with significant difference in the scores（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Reform of the grading system of nursing care helps nurses to make correct decision through scientific assessment methods. This practice ensures the decisions meet patients demands, and therefore improves patient satisfaction.
