摘要 为提高立式割台的传动效率,减小振动,以半喂入式联合收割机的割刀驱动机构传动性能最佳和机构整体质量最小为目标建立数学模型,采用改进PSO算法进行割刀驱动机构的多目标优化设计。利用MATLABPSO工具箱验证了算法及所建数学模型的准确性和可行性;利用VC++软件开发平台编制人机交互界面让操作者使用方便,数据显示直观。计算结果表明,在满足传动要求的情况下,最小传动角增加5.49%,机构尺寸减小23.07%。改进PSO算法多目标优化法能改善机构传动性能,减小机构尺寸,实现机构的性能优化和局部小型化。 In order to improve work efficiency and reduce vibration for vertical cutting table , a multi-objective optimization design based on an improved PSO algorithm for cutter drive mechanism of half-feeding combine harvester is performed in this paper .Mathe-matical model is established by taking the best drive performance and minimization of overall mechanism mass as two major goals .Ac-curacy and feasibility of the algorithm and mathematical model are verified by MATLAB-PSO toolbox.A user interface developed by VC++software development platform can display data intuitively and make operation convenient .Calculation results show that mini-mum transmission angle increases by 5.49%, and mechanism size decreases by 23.07%in the same situation to meet transmission re-quirement .Study indicates that multi-objective optimization based on improved PSO algorithm can improve performance and reduce the size of mechanism at the same time .
