摘要
艺术专业的主项教师与学生的关系更具有师徒色彩,发挥好主项教师的思想政治教育功能可以大大提高艺术专业的育人水平。借助KSAIBs管理理论,可以进一步探索思想教育工作者应具备的KSAs,最终实现最大限度地发挥主项教师参与思想政治教育的作用。
While serving as the country's supreme leader, Stalin attached great importance to patriotism education, and gradually formed a series of efficient patriotism education strategies, such as labor strategy, activities of the group strategy, artistic infection strategy and theoretical penetration strategy. Stalin' s strategic thought of patriotism education has very important reference value to further promote China's patriotism education.
