摘要
伴随着经济迅速增长以及医疗条件的极大改善,我国老年人口比例在不断提升,人口老龄化成为了较为突出的社会问题。老年人的养老问题,从小的方面看关系着家庭的幸福,但从长远来看它关系着一个国家正常运行的稳定性以及整个社会的和谐性。因此,为解决国家发展过程中的未富先老以及社会福利等多方面矛盾问题,探讨多元化的养老方式是我国社会经济发展的必然选择。文章就养老型饭店这种新兴的产业进行探讨,重点研究其可行性与发展对策。
China is facing growing burden of the aging population because of its economic growth and improve-ment of medical conditions. Care of senior citizens is an important issue for both families and the whole coun-try. A multiple care system for the old should be developed to address these problems and maintain social sta-bility. This paper explores the feasibility and strategies of developing senior-care hotels.
