摘要
通过对近3年针灸治疗颈椎病临床观察的一系列文献进行总结和分析,发现以椎动脉型为主的颈椎病有显著疗效。椎动脉型颈椎病是颈椎病的分型,临床主要表现有眩晕、头痛、猝倒、视力障碍和感觉障碍等,严重影响患者生活、工作和学习等。从单纯针刺、针药结合、针刺和艾灸结合、温针灸、针灸推拿结合、针灸推拿结合中药及其他治疗方法等方面进行综述,希望对该病的总结会对临床治疗提供借鉴。
This study summarized and analyzed a series of clinical documents related with the acupuncture and massage treatment for cervical spondylosis in the recent three years. Results of this study suggested that the acupuncture and massage treatment has a significant effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. The cervical vertebral artery disease is a sub-type of cervical spondylosis. The main clinical manifestations include dizziness,headache,cataplexy,visual disturbances and sensory disturbances,which seriously affect the patient's life,work and study. The study reviewed the treatment methods for the disease including simple acupuncture,acupuncture combined traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture and massage,acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine and other therapies. The clinical summary of the disease would provide a reference for the clinical application.
