摘要
大量实验研究发现,在心肌缺血再灌注损伤时,中药复方及中药有效提取物,能有效的抑制氧自由基的形成,减少胞质内Ca2+,控制炎症反应,从而达到保护损伤心肌、提高心肌细胞生存产率的目的。因此进一步研究和发展中医药,对预防和保护MIRI具有重要意义。
A large number of studies have found that the compound Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine extract can effectively inhibit the formation of oxygen free radicals when the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury happens. Meanwhile, they also can reduce Ca^2＋ in cells and control inflammation so as to protect the injuried myocardial tissue and improve the production rate of myocardial cell survival. Therefore, the further research and development of TCM is of great significance for preventing and protecting MIRI.
