摘要
房山区作为北京市5个城市发展新区之一,在"7·21"特大暴雨期间城区出现多处积水。介绍房山新城雨水排除的现状和存在的问题,并对问题进行了分析。同时,结合国外在雨水排除及管理方面的经验,提出了房山新城雨水排除及利用的解决措施。
Fangshan District is one of 5 city development new towns in Beijing.There are many stagnant water areas during the '7.21' Rainstorm.This paper introduces the status and problems of rainwater disposal in Fangshan New Town and analyzes the problems.According to the experience of rainwater disposal and management in the foreign countries,the paper puts forward the solution measures to dispose and utilize the rainwater in Fangshan New Town.
