摘要
带折腹板槽形钢梁的组合箱梁桥是一种在传统折腹式PC组合箱梁结构基础上改进的一种新型的钢-混凝土组合结构。为了证实这种新型组合结构的可行性,分析了其与传统折腹式PC组合箱梁以及普通组合箱梁的优劣。另外,结合一具体工程设计了新型组合箱梁桥,采用通用应用有限元软件ANSYS建立了其板壳-实体模型,考虑组合梁的具体施工过程,计算不同工况下主梁受力,进一步研究带折腹板槽形钢梁的组合箱梁桥结构的力学特点。研究结果验证了该组合梁桥在结构受力上的可行性,为此种结构的应用与推广提供了理论依据。
The composite box beam bridge with corrugated web channeled steel beam is a new steel-concrete composite structure improved on the basis of a traditional corrugated web PC composite box beam structure.In order to verify the feasibility of this new composite structure,the article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this new structure,the traditional corrugated web PC composite box beam and the general composite box beam.In addition,a new composite girder bridge is designed according to a practical project.Its shell- solid model is established by the general finite element analysis software ANSYS to simulate the practical construction process of composite beam,to calculate the stresses of the main beam under the different construction conditions,and further to study the mechanics properties of composite box beam bridge with corrugate web channeled steel beam.The study result verifies that this composite beam bridge is feasible for the structure stress,and provides the theoretic basis for the application and popularization of this structure.
